Beauty Ritual

1. Set up your own cozy space. You can also sit across a mirror.
2. Prepare to sit down comfortably. Clean the skin before application.
3. You can put a few drops of Jungle Oil to keep the skin soft and warm before feeling your body. Start from the forehead, down to the neck, then softly damp your forefingers gently over your eyes, closed, feel the comfort, soften your gaze, recognise wherever it feels tense or numb.
4. Gently recognize the sensations and how you're responding to it, and release (can take up to 15 to 30 minutes).
